• Terms are net 30 days unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

• Credit terms are subject to approval and periodic review. You can apply for credit here.

• Lead times are subject to change.

• Freight is quoted FOB Origin and is Prepay and added.

• Price does not include applicable taxes unless listed on the quote. Valid resale certificate needed for exemptions.

• Receipt of a purchase order is necessary to commence any work.

• Standard factory warranties apply for all supplied equipment.

• Additional items not included in the original scope will be billed on a time and material basis.

• A 3% processing fee will be applied to all credit card transactions.  Payment information is available here.

• If this quote includes on-site service,  pricing is based on the possible use of unvaccinated personnel unless prior written customer requirements have been provided. 

• These Standard Terms and Conditions apply unless superseded by written agreement between the Parties.
